In line with standard event ticketing regulations, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Should La Sphère cancel or postpone an event, a refund will be offered. Outside of this case, refund requests can be sent to billetterie@lasphere.com et sera étudiée au cas par cas.
