Lucile Guenat trained as a pianist at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional d’Annecy between 2008 and 2018, before turning to acting within the same institution, where she obtained her DET (Diploma of Theatre Studies) in 2022.

Trained notably under Stéphane Auvray Nauroy, Jean-François Matignon, Gwenael Morin and Michel Cerda, she developed a strong affinity for poetic and burlesque aesthetics. Under the direction of Hélène Gratet, Muriel Vernet and Gilles Arbona, she has performed in works by Molière, Ivan Viripaev, Angélica Liddell and Jean-Pierre Martinez, among others. She has also appeared on television and in film, and directed the music video The Knot for the band Melatonin.

In 2023, she co-founded Compagnie Essaimée with Elise Messerli, with whom she writes and performs Vous l’appellerez comme vous voudrez, a clown duo piece on the theme of death. She also collaborates with Léo Monnin in the cabaret FLOPS, where she performs and made her first costumes.
